MentalWellness: a
Conversation Worth Having
A woman's journey towards healing: anecdotes and resources for depression,
anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain.

About Rachel
I often feel broken and like a complete failure. These are lies though that I am trying to face and replace every day. The reality is, I’m an educator, a dancer, a paralegal, and a writer. I am a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a friend, a cousin, and a granddaughter. I am perfectly imperfect and I am working on understanding myself and why I behave the way that I do. I love to read, take walks in the forest, and savor a full-bodied cup of coffee. Flowers and animals make me smile. I get passionate about conservation and education. And I am surrounded by friends and family who love and support me.
